The purposes of this project are reviewing the policy objectives of Soil and Groundwater Remediation Fund Management Board regularly, ensuring the plan and outcome implementation of each project consistent with policy objectives and managing projects and analyze outcomes systematically and automatically. Such that the main achievements of this project include: (1) establishing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of governance and business project proposals, entrusted project proposals, projects progress control and KPI score; (2) drafting “The Principle of Annual Governance Projects Progress Control and KPI Score of Soil and Groundwater Remediation Fund Management Board (draft)” to measure project plan and operational performance, and the KPI are designed to ensure the plan and outcome implementation of each project consistent with policy objectives; (3) in order to simplify the operational processes, building the “Governance Projects Network Management System of Soil and Groundwater Remediation Fund Management Board”, which helps to processes automation, workflow simplification and processes warning.
